ABOUT THE EPLEYS
We, Steve and Bonita Epley, have sung together for over 40 years. Seventeen years ago, the Lord called us into full-time evangelism and we began traveling the country preaching and singing. We sing conservative Gospel music using a piano and guitar (no soundtracks or drums). We are based out of Southeast Iowa and are active members of Marion Avenue Baptist Church in Washington, Iowa when we are not out traveling.
BELIEFS:
~~Salvation is through the Blood of Jesus Christ. It is by grace through faith and not by works. (Ephesians 2: 8-9) Jesus is the Only Way to Heaven. (John 14:6)
~~The King James Bible is the inspired, preserved Word of God.
~~Music should be Scripture-based, God-honoring, and not patterned after the world. (I John 2:15)
~~Modern Bible translations and Contemporary "Christian" Music are damaging and weakening our churches. May God deliver us from them both.
